Unser Experte für besondere Fälle. Andy Rumball kann Sportkleidung künstlerisch wertvoll fotografieren, Elektronik mit Style versehen, im Porträt Musikern die Qualität ihrer Kunst ansehen lassen und vor allem mit einem Bild ausdrücken, was ein Texter in 5.000 Worten nicht gesagt bekommt. Als Wahl-Berliner gibt Andy uns das Gefühl, dass es hier besser ist als in London, wo er bis 2001 gewohnt hat. Als Engländer ist er außerdem ein guter Grund, unser Pseudo-Cockney und „Cheers Mate“-Geplapper an den Mann zu bringen, obwohl er eigentlich „Brummie“ ist und genauso deutsch versteht.

Birmingham, UK (one of the most hated accents of england, but I like it)

Round a corner. I only wish I could learn to do things in a more straight forward manner.
Where do you like to be most?
Cities in general, but asked where my spirit calls for then it’s a rugged coastal view with a winter sea raging, I am from a island with not so much sun.

Cultural works which are only wallpaper for the mind. As in they contain no question or challenge to them how ever small.

Two books at the moment, one for pleasure; Hidden Histories/ Granta and one for research; Critical Issues in Public Art - Content, context and controversy/ H.F.Senie & S. Webster
