It takes a certain kind of makeup artist to understand a brief, work with a range of celebrity clients and understand a the intense amount of product ranges that stretch the length of most department stores. Makeup artist Janine Bird has worked with some of the world’s most luxury makeup brands and travelled the world representing Stila Cosmetics.

Her friendly, approachable makeup tutorials have seen her appear on television and sought after by cosmeticas the world over, hence the travelling. However, like any artist, the freedom of working on photoshoots was beckoning like a bare faced model.

Today, it is hard for any of us to avoid spotting Janine’s work, whether you be flicking through a magazine, buying new music or driving past a billboard, the hand of the Bird has more than likely had something to do with that unattainable look.
