Yesterday the premier screening of the short film “AtoZ with Jaybo Monk, Painter” of Rogier Posma took place at Circle Culture Gallery, Berlin. The film gives an insight on how Jaybo works and shows the process of the very beginning of a painting – the feared white canvass – until the very end when it´s finished. Posma shows great respect and a lot of sensitivity on how he catches the vibe and lets the viewer in on a very intimate situation – the working process, the talk between painter and picture.
